Hello Good people

My brother he has Castrate-resistant and he taking Eligard injection but his PSA rising 6.6 well what he needs for new medecine to continue survive this enemy(Cancer).

Should he do the psma /pet/ct or directly taking the medecin.

Besides the Eligard. what other treatments has your brother had to date?

HelloHe is in Eligard ,my recommendation to him to make contact with an oncology DR.

In general nothing only Eligard.I told him to make contact with DR.weise he is my DR. in Germany to see what he will inform him.

He should definitely continue with Eligard. When the cancer becomes castration resistant, it becomes even more sensitive to the slightest bit of testosterone.

Having him see a cancer specialist is important now ( a medical oncologist). It would be beneficial for longer life to add another medicine regimen, such as Zytiga with prednisone, along with the Eligard injections. Thank you for caring for your brother.
