My brother he has Castrate-resistant and he taking Eligard injection but his PSA rising 6.6 well what he needs for new medecine to continue survive this enemy(Cancer).
Should he do the psma /pet/ct or directly taking the medecin.

He should definitely continue with Eligard. When the cancer becomes castration resistant, it becomes even more sensitive to the slightest bit of testosterone.
Having him see a cancer specialist is important now ( a medical oncologist). It would be beneficial for longer life to add another medicine regimen, such as Zytiga with prednisone, along with the Eligard injections. Thank you for caring for your brother.
