Are there any targeted immunotherapy, that only attacks the prostate cancer gene?

Targeted Immunotherapy
Which gene is the prostate cancer gene?
There is no such gene. Over 200 genes are associated with prostate cancer, either alone or in combinations. I think all immunotherapies in trials now target specific prostate cancer proteins rather than genes. Maybe CRISPR will be used to edit out oncogenes.
If you mean a somatic gene mutation in prostate cancer cells then yes. There are a number of them BUT you have to have that mutated gene when tested and they are rare. Examples are MSH and POLE. There are other mutated genes that are precision targeted by inhibitors ( not immunotherapy) and they are also rare, BRCA and NTHK fusion genes are examples.
Provenge is the approved immunotherapy for prostate cancer.
