Was on Zytiga and it brought my PSA down from 250 to 7 but then stopped working. Only on Lupron and Doctaxel now.
This looks like a good response. From what I know: taking Docetaxel when castrate resistant, you would continue until it either stops working or the side effects become intolerable. I think you'd want to look at radiographic progression in order to make that decision.
I noticed in another post that were said you were BRCA2 positive. That should make it possible for you take a PARP inhibitor for your next treatment.
