What mutation do you have? Wishing you all the best.
AR-T878A It occurs in about 10% of prostate cancer I did it at foundation one it was determined that Zytiga and other similar drugs wouldn’t work for long
Thanks. I wanted to confirm my expectation. My MO had recommended this ARV-110 Trial but I learned from the Arvinas press release about the two predictive mutations of the two successful patients in the pre-clinical trials. I don't have either (based on my Foundation One profile) so I decided not to take the trial. Best of Luck to you.P.S. Did you do the research about the mutations in the clinical trial or was it your oncologist?
Also wishing you the best. I don't seem to have any mutations. Maybe if I go hang around a herd of cows I might get lucky. Or I could visit the Bronx. Go Jets!
AR-T878A baltha I did the Foundation one It was one of the genomic findings sorry AR
And which company tested for the AR line mutations such as you have? I did the Foundation Medicine Liquid CX and those line mutations are not listed in the 311 genes tested. Any info much appreciated Bob.
