Dangers of AR degradation through ARV-110 etc?

I was just reading on the thread on loss and revival of androgen receptor signaling through the over repression of the AR by use of ADT (Lurpon ) and ADI therapies ( Abiraterone and Enzalutimide).

I am wondering if anyone has thoughts to share on the dangers of Androgen Degrader drugs such as ARV-110? There is a clinical trial available to me but it makes me quite nervous. Would the same cautions apply?
