Kaiser MO called and said spot on anterior pararectal pad is gone, but now have two 1cm iliac nodes both sides of pelvis with high uptake that showed PCa.

Sent her a bunch of BAT therapy articles to see what she thinks.

If a no go with BAT will do enzalutamide and see where PSA goes, then SWITCH to Dexamethasone, then a Taxotere rechallenge

Bat doesn't work for everyone. But it's a good solution when it works.
