Seroma after surgery

My uncle had a surgery because his surgeon had to remove cancerous limb nodes in the front waist area! The problem is that after the surgery he has been experiencing fluid leakage within the removed area and the outside layer of his skin, the fluid has been dispersing all over his stomach to the point that he has been taken to the ER to have the liquid removed! This is the third time he is taken to the ER after he had the surgery, his stomach gets so swollen which elevates his heart rhythm in a resting state, he cannot sleep well and has trouble breathing, the three times he has been in the ER they drain his stomach and collect about 5 gallons of fluid. What type of specialist can he go see ? Plastic surgeon?
