Dexamethasone with Zytiga

Looks like my husband switching steroid is getting some traction! 9.4 down to 4.8 psa. How many months has anyone gotten on Zytiga using this protocol ?

I have been on Zytiga and prednisone for 4.5 years now, psa 0.12 for ages . I know that’s a different steroid but I am evidence that Zytiga with something can work for ages .

My MO allowed me to switch from P to D at my request because Zytiga was starting to fail. I showed him a study done in France that used 1mg D. He looked up doses available in US and 1mg was not available so we settled on 0.75 D twice a day. What dose is your husband taking.

Wish we would have seen this sooner. Zytiga + Prednisone stopped working after about a year. We just stopped Zytiga + Prednisone because my husband is starting Provenge.
