PSA still rising whilst on Abiraterone

Since I started Abiraterone the monthly PSAs

4.9

and the last from Monday is 5.2

I asked previous MO about switching to Dexamethasone and he said wouldn't hurt to try. Awaiting my Kaiser MO response
