ADT vacation nearing an end

Just an update...recap: been on an ADT vacation since early December 2019 when PSA had been at 0.000 for the previous 8 months after having been on Lupron & Zytiga for 16 months (since August 18). My previous PSA check was April 2020 and PSA was still holding at 0.000...however, last week it came back at 0.12. So it looks like I'm on my last 3 months of vacation as after listening to many in this group that suggested 0.2 as maybe a good level to go back on ADT. My T level has been a 0 until last week when it had bounced back to 100. Very little improvement in libido or such, been great for other QoL issues, no fatigue, significantly reduced hot flashes, brain fog cleared up, and lost the 25 pounds I gained while on ADT, so I will at least be better prepared for another round, hopefully of successful ADT.

Please expand on that thought

Your PSA is still really low right now. If I were in your situation, I might try Casodex at this point and try to continue the ADT vacation.

It will allow your T to continue to rise and possibly stop your PSA from rising. That would extend your vacation. I'd be checking PSA at least every 3 months and make sure to get off Casodex right away if PSA rises because it can eventually feed the cancer.

I don't know why you would pick 0.2 as your PSA benchmark to go back on ADT. It seems that doesn't give you much of a vacation.
