Anyone out there with BRCA 2 gene and on the new UCLA trial of immunotherapy using T-cell infusion? If so, how often and how many rounds?

Is it the Amgen BiTE trial? If so, my understanding is it's just one.

Am BRCA2+, and have been on Olaparib PARP and ADT for over a year. Very effective.

I have only been on Olaparib for 2 1/2 months. Did it work immediately for you or was it a slow progress?

It started to reduce my PSA gradually for the first 2-3 months, when it then became undetectable. Now over 1 year later and it is still undetectable.
