What is know about this drug whose manufacturer is now seeking FDA approval after completing clinical trials? Will it replace leuprolide? Or become a viable option in addition?

Relugolix. Could It Be A Game-changing Drug for Advance Prostate Cancer
I was in the Phase 2 clinical trial of Relugolix for one year (2018-2019). It was given to me in place of Lupron, and I found it to be very effective. It drove my testosterone into the teens, and my PSA was undetectable. Side effects were not bad. I have now been on Eligard for one year. Testosterone is still low, and PSA still is undetectable, but the side effects are significantly worse. I would love to go back on Relugolix.
My history: RP 2016, EBRT 2017, at diagnosis PSA was 24, Gleason 4+4. One bone lesion found by GA68 PSA scan on my spine in 2018, SBRT at Mayo in Rochester 2018.

Hi Tim: Can you please elaborate on your comment that Relugolix "Side effects were not bad." What specific type of side effects did you experience on Relugolix? Night sweats? Fatigue? Libido loss? Weight gain? Man boobs? (Thanks, from another Tim)
Hot flashes started within the first month of taking Relugolix. Very little fatigue, but some muscle weakness. Now, with Eligard, I have put on 5 pounds, have lots of hot flashes, and the muscle weakness is pretty dramatic. I feel like I have aged 10 years in the last year. I exercise with resistance bands, walk a treadmill or outside about an hour a day, and do various stretching exercises as prescribed by a physical therapist.
Tim,
"Side effects"? Look out for 'menstrual abnormalities' [1].
But, in a Phase 2 trial [2]:
"The most common adverse event was hot flush (relugolix 57%; degarelix 61%)."
***
"Relugolix at a dosage of 40 mg or more once per day has been found to reduce testosterone levels to sustained castrate levels (<20 ng/dL) in men." [1]

Thank you, I always appreciate your advice!
Tim let me thank you (for all of us) on posting your experience in a Phase 2 clinical trial of Relugolix.
I went back to view your bio and saw that you lost your dear partner to Lymphoma in December 2017. He undoubtedly is at peace and your daily thoughts of him are helping you cope with your Pca. Keep up the good fight.....and keep posting...
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

John, that is very kind of you. The last 4 years have been pure hell, and now COVID19 is thrown in the mix. I feel expendable.
Thanks for additional info
