As shared, my dad's T level was still high after orchiectomy (greater than 20 ng/dL). His doctor advised him to inject Lucrin. It is more than 2 months but his PSA still increases even though his T is 0.08 mnol/L. Have anyone met the same situation? Is it a symptom of ADT resistance?

Why did he stop casodex? It sounds like it was working very well.
He stopped Casodex according to his doctor's suggestion. Do you know anyone who stopped Casodex and then has took it again and it is still effective?
Everyone responds differently to drugs. It may depend on how long he has been off casodex.
From a previous post, he was on Casodex already.
If your PSA is going up on Casodex, it is recommended that you stop it because it can become an agonist for the prostate cancer. If it continues to go up after that, then he's castrate resistant and will likely need to add another treatment.
Yes, castration resistance will always eventually occur. This will make many new drugs available to him, depending on whether metastases have been detected, how many, and where.
