Diagnostic (Billing?) Code for PSA and T Tests?

Does anyone here know what diagnostic (billing?) code is most likely to get paid by insurance for PSA and T? It’s much easier for me to get my local PCP to issue a blood test order to my local lab than to go thru MDA but my doc always asks what billing code to use???

There are diagnostic codes, which are about what is being treated.

Then there are billing codes, which are about what service or treatment is being delivered.

They are two different things.

Dial code 1 for English, code 2 for Spanish....
