Cabo can be an absolutely brutal drug to tolerate and nearly everyone I’ve seen on it ends up with frequent dose reductions or alternative schedules such as 5 days on 2 off, etc.

And in combination with other drugs like immunotherapies it’s even worse. While it has become an effective drug in the RCC community due to the number of different pathways it targets, that comes at a significant cost to quality of life in most patients though some do tolerate it well.
