Have you thought about darolutamide--any clinical trials... ARV-110 for "right to try" ??. maybe you've just had enough... I don't know... are you depressed--feeling sad, no joy left in anything and overwhelmed or just too tired to fight any longer? Your interest in clinical trials says you still have some hope/ fight...

The damage is already done. Can't be repaired. Also short time left, not easy to get on clinical trial. I live in Atlanta. Emory Winship is where I was receiving treatment.

The trial is still recruiting. They combine 2 different vaccines with Yervoy and Opdivo. One of the vaccines, Prostvac, is know to be effective in hormone sensitive cancer but not in castration resistant cancer. Let's hope the cocktail works.

i read your history, no mention of any radiation. for me, RT is my last resort... which i most certainly will use, when all the chemos run out. i've heard "spot welding" on mets that become painful is sometimes effective. brother, you have nothing to lose at this point. my prayers are with you. where there's life, there's hope.
