Jan 2016 Psa 32 GS 8 with nets in vertebra .Orchidectomy Feb 2016,Chemotherapy Docetaxcel 6 iV at intervals of 21 days till July 2016.Psa drops to 0.040in October 2016.Honvan tablets till Feb 2019.Psa 2.45 .Honvan stopped Zytiga and Prednisone from February 2019.Pss drops to 1.41 in May 2019.
Review in Dec 2019:Psa 2.77.Oncologist says continue with Zytiga and prednisone and come fir review in March 2020
Wondering whether Zytiga is no longer effective

You can ask your doctor about switching steroids to Dexamethasone now to see if it will drop your PSA (see SWITCH trial).
At some point if your PSA continues to rise, you will want to get imaging and see if there is progression. Only then would you go off Zytiga. PSA rise alone isn't enough to change treatments. Your PSA is still low so I would stay the course. But I would ask now about the steroid switch.
Also consider getting molecular testing done if you haven't already. You might have a mutation that could open up a new avenue for treatment.
Thank you for the response .My Oncologist says my other health parameters are OK except Sugar which is higher than earlier levels ;side effect of Prednisone ..Consulted a diabetologist who has changed my medication. .Response seems to be good ;review after a month .Keeping fingers crossed
