Can Nubeqa be utilized after Erleada or Xtandi no longer work?

It means that all the ways that the androgen receptor mutates to become resistant to one hormonal therapy also creates resistance to other hormonal therapies. Those ways include AR amplification, AR translocation to the nucleus, internal androgen production, mutant ARs that do not need to dimerize and do need androgens at all, and mutant ARs that are activated by other ligands.
