Quick update as we realised this week that it's 5 years since a pretty shocking diagnosis.
Life is still great, my husband continues on Xtandi, 18 months now of a PSA below .1, no great side effects. Three holidays this year, lots of walking done and people and places visited . We know we're lucky but just wanted to show that a stage 4 diagnosis doesn't always mean that life is over
Sending love to all the men fighting and those supporting

Congratulations, good for you both. I’m on Xtandi as well with 6 consecutive months undetectable. I hope I can have results similar to yours. You are proof it’s possible. No way I can complain except the steamroller side effects I experience yayahahahaya.
Keep on keeping on , hope he does 20 years ... or until the dna cure is marketed.
