Update and some guidance needed

Update from me, here are some of my key stats

Age 44

Back in March 2018 I had an MRI for something else, and we found hypointensities around the prostate.

March 2018 - PSA: 0.33. Normal DRE. mpMRI done, PIRADS score 2

March 2018 - Biopsy done TRUS - found no cancer but found 3 or 4 cores had ASAP cells. 10/12 cores had inflammation

October 2018 - PSA: 0.36. Re-biopsy, No ASAP cells found, no inflammation

March 2019 - PSA: 0.35.

June/July 2019 - mpMRI PI-RADs 2 and PI-RADS 3

Today (Nov 5 2019) - went in for Transperenial MRI Us Fusion Biopsy. Results end of this week or next week. But I was reading my discharge papers, and the radiologist had upgraded me from Pirads 3 to Pirads 4.

So realistically speaking I probably do have PCa albeit seems to be caught early. I’m trying to think of treatment options. The hospital I went to is the only one that does robotic prostate removal, (Hong Kong) but I know radiation is an option too. I hear plus and minuses about both. Hoping to tap into the collective experience and get some advice about next steps and treatment. I am 44 so quality if life is a big thing

Either one can leave you with eventual incontinence. But the surgery has the better chance of getting it all. You are young and can have a lot of good quality life.
