Sounds like the Xtandi is working so it makes sense to continue that. I'd stay away from apricot seeds as they are poisonous and have not proven to be useful for cancer treatment:

If I understand right, you are still on Xtandi and are considering discontinuing it and continuing with just supplements and Lupron? or are you thinking to discontinue lupron as well and take an "ADT holiday"?

How long have you been on Xtandi for? What is your reasoning for stopping Xtandi, is a quality of life issue?

Also, please be careful with the apricot kernels, I know someone who almost died from cyanide poisoning taking them. The gut bacteria can release the cyanide leading to poisening and, depending on your gut bacteria and the strength of the kernel, you could be more or less susceptible. This person was taking 15 per day over several days and then began to have acute symptoms of cyanide poisoning, for which there is no antidote.

Wondering about stopping xtandi but won’t for now. Yes quality of life. Back off the Apricot seeds to three a day.

Xtandi May 2018 about the same time as I started apricot seeds.

Sounds like you have a good handle on this. Don't stop any thing.

Also following some of the things in Jan’s book: How To Starve Cancer.

Hi Tom, we are also implementing some off label med use and supplements and used this paper to help determine what pathways to target since prostate cancer metabolism is quite different from many other cancers: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/286.... At some point, if we believe it is helping I'll post more.

Apricot seeds = cyanide

None of those supplements have good evidence, Xtandi does.

Also, be careful about taking substances that may interfere with the PSA test:
