Cyber knife is just one method of delivering high dose SBRT. It can also be done with TruBeam . Speak to a good RO about which is best for your situation. The RO I’ve used for SBRT to bones is Dr Pablo in Savannah who has both machines. I used Dr Dattoli in Sarasota for TruBeam low dose IMRT to pelvic lymph nodes .

I looked at CyberKnife locations at "cyberknife.com/locations". The only one in upstate NY is in Syracuse at Hematology Oncology Associates. Next closest one is in Cleveland.

Lots of others a bit further away.
