Now for something a little different

Hi everyone, I’m 73 years old and was diagnosed a little over two years ago with prostate cancer. My Gleason score was nine and my PSA was around 114. Many people on this blog talk about various pills and treatments and I think they all have a place. But I really believe in the power of the mind and the power of prayer. I’m also a pretty avid cyclist that likes to get out and push the pedals. Unfortunately the weather in Maine this year hasn’t cooperated and I’ve only been able to ride 375 miles outdoors. Another exercise I am doing (for the last 66 days) which I highly recommend comes from Taiwan and it’s called Pingshuai. It addresses the physical, mental and spiritual side of our lives. Before you say it’s that’s never gonna work, give it a try and see what you think. Here’s the link you need.youtu.be/YARCKKFAIzk I have been doing it every day for the last 66 days and have found it really does help both physically and mentally. I totally recommend this very simple non-strenuous exercise. I wish everyone who reads this to give it a try. To all my brothers in arms, stay strong, keep believing, and we will all be winners against this invisible foe.
