BRCA2m+ impact on PCa recurrence (vs incidence?)

I assume this is a germline mutation. PARP inhibitors and platins are in clinical trials:
I'm actually both germline and somatic (g/sBRCA2m+) per UCSF500 genomic panel. (Also sFOXA1m+ and sNCORm+.) I'm closely tracking PARPi and platin trials (all looking very strong so far.) I'm not limiting my Tx thinking to NCCN SoC (moves very slow.)
Considering elective Provenge or PARPi preemptive Tx as mused ("hypothesis generating thinking") by leading edge researchers including discoverers of BRCA gene and original PARPi developers.
REAL recurrence prog/predict data would be extremely valuable. "Implications" (Risk Ratio and life expectancy data) in many studies not encouraging.
Also BRCA2+. Participating in SIMCAP clinical trial since July 2018. Had elective Provenge treatment one month ago. Also taking Olaparib PARP for the past 2-3 months, after Zytiga?Prednisone failed after 6 months. PSA taken last week and is now lowest it has ever been at 0.02. My MO expects I should hopefully get up to 18 months positive results on the PARP. Hitting it with as much as I can.
Sounds like a good course you're on! I'll contact you direct for your Provenge "elective treatment" thoughts. Thanks!
Nice grapes to stomp on.... Greetings BRCA2MX.... would you please tell us more info about you? age? location? treatment location? doctor's name(s)? All info voluntary but it helps us help you and helps us too. If you do respond please do in a future post (now today) and do not respond to me. Thank you!
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
