My husband used it for about the first year of his diagnosis - at the suggestion of his MO in the U.K. at the time. During that year he was in a heavy detox phase juicing multiple times a day and eating a raw vegan diet. And the bentonite clay bath every other day - after an infrared sauna. That intense detox really did seem to work - at the end of that year his skin was glowing and he had more energy than he had had in years.

Chewing it does cause constipation, I wonder why?

Huge bags of bentonite are available at your neighborhood big box market. Of course, they label it "Cat Litter" and you don't want the scented or non-clumping kind. And don't eat any, or you will end up with long whiskers and a great desire to lick your own butt.

Lame humor, I know. I used to use it for pond leaks. Worked pretty well. Good luck and Lame humor!
