My husband has had radiation Lupron shots every 6 months and casodex every day Doctor said stop now I hope this poor man can find some relief with the hot flashes when will he start to feel better?

It depends how long it takes for the testosterone to recover and if that does recover at all after three years of ADT. Some doctors will do a testosterone replacement therapy when asked for it.

There are off-label drugs like Toremifene or Tamoxifene which can increase the testosterone too.

I hope the radiation cured him. It may take a few months for his testosterone to recover so that his hot flashes go away.
