Diagnosed in 2011 had prostatectomy radiation chemo, lupron ,Xtandi ,with minimal results.

I began LU 177 trial four months ago.

PSA dropped from 1460 to 277.

My scans are less impressive.

I feel good.

Two out of three works for me.

Hello,

How many Lutetium infusions have you had? Any thought of combining Lutetium (a Beta emitter) with Actinium (an Alpha emitter)? They are doing that in Germany.

You have some aggressive, tough cells to kill. Have you been tested for neuroendocrine type cells? There are people on this site that are very knowledgeable about this subject.

"Neuroendocrine cells are the third type of prostatic epithelial cells in addition to secretory cells and basal cells in normal prostate glands. Neuroendocrine cells in prostate cancer are believed to derive from neuroendocrine cells or their stem precursors."

I personally would throw some proven anticancer supplements, like IP-6, at them. I am now taking 14 scoops daily of IP-6 in two divided doses on an empty stomach, powder mixed very vigorously in a closed container of water only and consumed in one long pull.

Here are some posts of mine that may be useful in adding firepower to your regimen.
