My husband is on Lupron. Why does it says his free testosterone is normal? Shouldn’t it be really low and therefor flagged as abnormal?

It says that normal for a man over 59 is 5.6-18.1. His is 1.9, which is well below that.
How long has he been on HRT. It takes a while for the effects to settle in.
