Since both Tocilizumab and Reparixin both affect Interleukin 6 and Interleukin 8 which involve inflammation and the usual suspects, COX-1 and COX-2 Wouldn't the use of anti-inflammatory cytokines or inhibitors also be useful, Inhibition of NF-κB activation significantly reduces inflammation. Also, what about the mechanical de-bulking the main tumor: how useful would that be?
