I had 2 biopsies. The first was negative; the second was 4+3.
This sort of thing must be common.
A biopsy can easily miss a 3+3 with tertiary 4.

I had 2 biopsies - June and Aug. 2016. Both had 1-core Gleason 6 (less than 5% in each core).
Biopsies are not very accurate unless you get an MRI Fusion Guided biopsy.
I should have added that the post above is due to not finding a relevant option in the survey. -Patrick
I had a MRI guided fusion biopsy and it came back with Gleason 4+3, stage T2c. I'm thankful I had a thorough biopsy otherwise it might have been missed. Now awaiting RP 7th or 12th Dec.
