When, or if at all, to add Nubeqa

RP in 2020 Gleason 7 (4+3) PSA 14

Been on Orgovyx for 6 months of an 18 month prescribe. Just finished 39 daily IMRT treatments. PSA remains <.05

Should I be thinking about adding Nubeqa or not? And if so, when?

Nubeqa? 18 months of Orgovyx? The current SOC for men with positive LNs is 3 years of ADT+2 years of abiraterone.

"The current SOC for men with positive LNs is 3 years of ADT+2 years of abiraterone" Concurrent? Or sequential?

I've been on 1200 mg. NUBEQA p/day for almost a year with no major complaints, and it has kept my prostate cancer in check. I would rely on your doctors' input and advice to base your decision. Do not rely on the internet - although some of the info there is useful. Good luck.

For pelvic lymph node recurrence my regime is RT combined with 3 years ADT (Decapeptyl) plus Apalutimide (Erleada). I understand that 3 years ADT with a second line hormone drug are standard for pelvic lymph node recurrence. Good luck.
