The problem with acupuncture is that it is, IMO, expensive, you need it, say, weekly for the years on ADT, and, I believe, insurance does not cover it (at least Medicare does not so Medicare Supplemental also does not).
The OP is looking for a non-pharmacological treatment. A man in my support group got acupuncture for it and swears by it. As I understand it, it can be taught to be self-administered. They do it at certain places on the ear.

A debate wether soy is good or bad for pc. My nat. Dr. Says a couple hands full of edamame per day could help hot flashes. It seems to help. Soy as a main source of protein not recommended for us.
Not natural, but veneflaxin. Added benefit of some mood improvement.
Agree. Not a complete cure but helpful. Definitely improved my tolerance for some of life’s annoyances as to people.
