Dip as psa is up

In a dip today, have had since diagnosed feb 2018 6 chemorounds docetaxel and 3 3 monthly injections of zoladex/ goselerine

Psa was 8 and now back up on 32

It scares the shit out of me, anyone here with similar experience?

Sounds like you may be "castrate resistant". It happens to everyone on ADT eventually. There are small amounts of male hormones produced in your adrenal glands that promary ADT does not stop. The cancer learns to survive on just those eventually.

It happened to me earlier this year. You can go to a second-line ADT drug: Xtandi or Zytiga + Prednisone. It will most likely make your PSA go right back down.
