Diagnosed with advanved prostate ca on 5 July 2018 with psa 111ng/dl..With focal mets in post inferior iliac spine..Gleason 3+4 ..I m currently on bicalutamide 50 ..b/l orchiectomy done

Are you considering adding Zytiga?

No ...Oncologist has nt advisd me to take zytiga...I got my psa done on 19 aug 2018 it has fallen to 1.75 from 111ng/dl

You are about where I was 26 years ago. If I may ask how old are you and what is your general health? this would critical in the course of your treatment. It depends on your general health and age radiation may be one of the next steps.

Stage 4 here, doctor after 6 rounds of chemo the doctor put me on lupron,Zytiga monthly then Xtandi. PSA .005 2 years and counting. Oh. Mets in lymph nodes,ribs and spine. Fight the good fight

Please do not take offense at my question, but are you being treated in the U.S.? Has your oncologist discussed his preferred ADT after the bicalutamide, or will he consider adding Lupron to it?

He had an orchiectomy so Lupron is not useful.
