Dexamethesone, What is the dosage, when replacing Prednisone?

When Zytiga fails, replacing prednisone with dexamethesone has given more months where Zytiga counters the PCa. I was told this by one of the brothers who did this action. I think Dan or Greg stated that fact. Was the dosage 0.75 milligrams twice a day?

PS: Zytiga is working for me; however, I like to look down the road; so that, I have options.

They used 0.5 mg/day Dexamethasone in these small trials:

I take 0.5mg of dexamethesone once daily along with a Zytiga. That’s the dosage prescribed by my oncologist at MD Anderson.

Undetectable PSA after a month on Zytiga plus dexamethasone. Started taking it back in December. Very happy with the results so far!
