Thank you every one for your interest & mutual concern for me. my PSA results have risen from 0.2.>0.23 two years ago. Now tested at 0.27, this is 18 years out now with no other treatment than the radical surgery in 2000. I've had 5 bladder operations to help correct my incontinence.Obvious I am making PSA but is it benign tissue or cancer related tissue, or bone metastis? Watchful waiting for me is over....what to do? Quality of life is very important to me.I invite any opinions. Thank you all.

Many men would be glad to have a PSA reading that low, especially if you are not currently on ADT. Have you asked you urologist to tell you what PSA level would prompt more aggressive treatment?
Is your PSA still very low and are you not on any ADT?
