Diagnosed about 2 years ago with PSA of 26 and had 6 biopsies and a TERP? in the previous 8 years. They did an MRI and another difficult biopsy which discovered Gleason 9 up where biopsies seldom reach. Put on Lupron and then 40 radiation treatments. Now just normal hormone side effects with pain peeing and fatigue being the most uncomfortable. PSA was .01 and .03. One more year on Lupron then the test period to see what's happening. All else is OK to good!

Hi WDoug, It sounds like you are doing well. Welcome to the group. That is one beautiful little girl there. Being with the kids is good for the soul and keeps us young in spirit.

So right about kids -- nothing like a young one's unconditional love for an old 74 YO guy.

Hi, Doug

Welcome to the club. It sounds like you are doing quite well with your treatment and keeping your PSA in the undetectable range with minimal and hopefully very tolerable side effects. Attitude makes a huge difference, and that pretty smile has got to cheer you up and reinforce all the things you have to live for and enjoy. Best wishes to you. Have a blessed day.

Greetings Wdoug...

It's good you finally came out of the shadows and to know you're fighting the good fight. Cute kid, is she for sale? (LOL).

Good Luck and Good Health.
