Well, went in for my 3 Month checkup after my psa went up 2 points. From 1.7 to 3.7. Today it is 9.8. Going for bone scan tomorrow and MRI ON Tuesday.
My urologist is kicking me out to go see a specialist in Georgetown University in Washington Dc. Always liked that guy. He said he was not going to send me to the local oncologist where they would just write a prescription for zytiga and maybe chemo. This lady heads trials ECT and onlydse Pcs.
I hope this crap is not in my back. No real pain but feels like a marble between one of my vertebrate. Past week. That's all I got now.

You will have an excellent medical oncologist in Dr. Dawson at GUH. Her standard of care treatments are excellent and she understands and supports other cancer treatment options as well. She and Dr. Charles Myers worked well and closely for me for years before Snuffy’s retirement, treating Stage 4 mCRPC. She is organized, inquisitive, and overall excellent.
The present behaviour of your PSA is not at all satisfactory. It is reasonable that your urologist wants to kick you out of his room! I am not sure of his actual motives but it is in your own interest. John Hopkins, Memorial Sloan Kettering, HD Anderson are all cancer hospitals of excellence and also the recommendation of winn...Bob too is worth for your attention.
Finding a place of excellence and an excellent team to treat your PCa is key to SUCCESS.
