My PCa wasn't metastatic last they looked, I had HIFU a couple of months ago, so I'll take a chance and not renew my six month eligard shot when it times out at the end of Feb. I miss the little guy. I also feel like a lull of several months is necessary to gauge the success of the surgery. I will be getting PSA readings every 3 months. Not appropriate for all. Just my plan. And yes it is possible to live without sex but I remain concerned about the long term effects of relentless ADT.
