Here's a post that derives from a chat I was having with MikePollard. I am forwarding it here for us all to read and comment and benefit:

Given that diet increasingly is implicated in a range of modern diseases - heart disease, T2 diabetes, Alzheimer's, cancer etc:

my focus is on prevention rather than cure.

Having said that and given that solid cancers can only utilise glucose, then another line of treatment as an adjunct to medical therapy is the ketogenic diet and one I would definitely adopt were I to be diagnosed. Dr. Dominic D'agostino is a big hitter in this field:
