Does anyone take aswaghanda alongside concerta or any other calming supplements?

I’m on day 9 36mg concerta XL.

Hi I'm on elvanse 30mg and take lions mane, aswaghanda, magnesium and reishi. Concerta didn't agree with me on any dose higher than 18mg, gave me some weird nervous energy and a terrible crash. Elvanse is much better, lasts longer, calmer and no crash. But everyone is different. I use supplements daily too.

hi im new here, ive tried ashwaghanda a while back but didnt notice much difference tbh. I take lions mane and lemon balm. Defo calm anxiety. I find loose camomile tea great for sleep. Also camomile tablets.
