Concerta 36mg fasting advice

Hi,

I take a generic drug of concerta 36mg and it works relatively well.they are side effects and I might at some point try another stimulant.

My question today is what can I expect if I Take concerta whilst fasting without food and water during the day.its part of my religious beliefs to fast during the month of Ramadan.

Anyone have experience with that?im thinking of asking my doctor to give me a lower dosage of concerta like 18mg so it’s not as intense as my current 36mg dose.

Also,what are the other stimulant medications that you have tried after using concerta and what can you tell me about that?

Just an update my doctor who prescribed the concerta advised that the 36mg dosage is sufficient to take during day fasting.

Therefore there is no need to adjust dosage. I hope this post was helpful to someone.

How did the fasting go while taking concerta. Pleasr give me some tips if possible.

Hi,

The fasting was perfectly fine if I remember.in my part of the world the fast is less than 12 hours so that also helps.

I can’t think of anything else besides obviously you can’t drink water and you will get dehydrated.then again it’s part of the sacrifice of doing the fasting.

Hey there, I’m taking a dose of 18mg Concerta and I wanna ask: how did u adjust ur dosage timing to fit that of Ramadan? I’m struggling to find a suitable time to take it without affecting my sleep.

I take the 36mg before I start fasting and this is the best possible option
