My psychiatrist recommended I read the book How to ADHD by Jessica McCabe. She's brilliant in how she presents a lot of really good information. And as one of us, she gets it down to the bone what it's like to have ADHD. It's a very easy read, even for me, who gets stuck and then loses my place, so don't be put off by its size. One of the neat things is that I can jump around in the book, in addition to the helpful explanations and suggestions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have you seen Jessica's YouTube channel? I love listening to her programs, especially about the wall of awful and the motivational bridge--very insightful! Thanks for the encouraging recommendation, I also loose my place, either while reading or in between reading when I pick up the book again.

I have it as an audiobook. The other two I recommend at the same time are from the holderness family (adhd is awesome), and adhd_love couple on you tube (books are dirty launder and small talk). All amazing!
