1. Identify what's triggering your behavior

2. Identify what are you doing about the trigger?

3. What can you do differently in the future?

4. Whats something you can do today to make yourself feel good?

5. I fee wntify a reward for sticking to your plan

6. I'd plan if trigger persists or returns?

7. I'd what you'll do if s/o isn't supportive of you, your plans, your goals.
