I'm upstate, far from NYC, so I don't know firsthand. But I do know that there are CHADD affiliate groups in the NYC area. (Check out the CHADD.org locator page.)

I know that the Men's ADHD Support Group has occasional meetups in NYC. (mensadhdsupportgroup.org)

Speaking of meetups, you can try checking meetup.com or craigslist.com or Facebook for ADHD groups in your area.

Nyc roadrunners and prospect park track club are not too expensive to join if you’re interested in running. Otherwise, the meetup apps may have more options for team sports etc.
