I have been enjoying following adhdvision on YouTube and he just launched a new program called focus revolution. I paid for it and tried it,. You book appts (as many as you like) For an hour you are on a zoom call with others with adhd in the program to keep each other accountable. There’s a leader that watches everyone, it’s a strange idea but I actually loved it. I canceled my subscription because of my 4 kids I couldn’t find an uninterrupted hour, but for someone with a different lifestyle I think it’s worth a try. There are 400 people on it, new joining all the time. People are saying it’s changing their lives. Just wanted to

Something that may help get things done
I also watched the event and I don't judge his program, looks good and it can help many people but I didn’t like the event, at all. For these reasons:- The event wasn't anything at all what he was promoting. This event that is going to change your life and get instant laser focus with three simple steps. That's was a lie and I don't like being fooled. The guy is smart and he probably works in marketing.
- The three simple steps that never arrive. He uses the event to promote his app or website that is extremely expensive. He should have start saying what it was in reality so most of the world that can't pay for that would have saved their time. He also lets you know that now it's cheap but it's going to get more expensive hahaha. I don't know exactly how much it was but it was around 90€ the first month. That is insane in most of the countries.
- He said that he wanted to help people with their adhd journey but my impression was that he just wants to get rich because this is only for some of the people, doesn't help the world or adhders that can't afford it.
Besides that the method is good I'm ADHD and also a psychologist, I work a lot with kids and teens with ADHD we have an in person group and we also set some goals for everyone in the group. In Spain the cost for attending this group for a month (1 hour a week) is cheaper than his 90€ online, and it's in person which to me is more beneficial. The system works and if you can't afford it I encourage you to try on your own find a group and get the best of it.
Of course this is my opinion and I don't want to be mean jus trying to be honest
Agree 100% with you here. I think those marketing techniques are about 20 years behind now and quite transparent, which is a turn off even if the product is good. Also there is a free program which does the same thing just not only for Adhd people. It's called Focus mate and you basically have book a.zoom call with a stranger ans both work together on your own projects in that one hour zoom window and you can book as many 1 hour windows aa yu like.
