What do you eat first thing in the morning

I have problem i need to put something into stomach first thing in morning as it hurts usually before i can even have breakfast, i struggle finding this first thing i could eat. It has to be something i can prepare day ahead, or simple... I even downloaded 4 books and there are no healthy recipes really, or thing i would have mood... I am also super picky and bored of all food that i find it absurd there would be nothing more, it is like torture that no more food exist i need constant novelty! And also i cannot eat as first thing in the morning almost anything...

Do you have any ideas, i spent 8 years googling 100ths of breakfasts and never find anything... I don't like liquid stuffs, it has to be light...

There is also hard to get food i live in worst eu country on food and everything from supermarkets is literal poison...

I cook oatmeal with a combo of fresh and dried fruit and sometimes nuts. This stores in fridge overnight or for a few days. I add milk and eat it cold. I like this very much. Filling but not too heavy.

I hate oatmeal on empty stomach it hurts, i wasn't even strong enough to make this years BTW! Only recently i got will to make breakfast and it hurts every second like needle in head, all resources that have to be put together sometimes takes me 15-30 to recall what i wanted to do next, every second needle like pain in head and ADHD headaches and zooning out... I learned how to make oatmeal like years already multiple times and i always forget, i am not making this shit up, i have serious neurological problems. But i am alone for everything... No one is coming to save me so i have to work really hard! And really smart in the first place! I made tremendous progress, but it is still near impossible every second is suffering! I would rather be torture than making breakfast or planning meals NO J O K E!!!

smoothie with peanut butter. If you’re stomach is sensitive to “eating” something, trick it by drinking some nutrients so you can start your day then have something to nibble on at a later hour. This way you’ll have enough in your stomach to keep from getting nauseated from meds or anything. Or maybe you just can’t stomach traditional breakfast foods? Having a morning sandwich or veggie bowl doesn’t hurt anything.

I’ve definitely found that when I am nauseated at eating a drink and a change of menu tend to help get my hunger signals back in track

I hate liquid stuff first tho :( Vegetables first thing on stomach yikes i couldn't eat that ever! Sandwitch from what? Toasts are not healthy really as well as ham and cheese and i cannot stomach legumes first thing in morning, legumes are super healthy but i can eat them only later on :/ I had ocassionally bread with Honey, or egg, but i am sick of these to death!

who says toasts aren’t healthy. Are you trying to reach some macro level or just wake up your stomach. Which vegetables are you thinking of when I say vegetable, there is a range you can try from. Make a list of all the things you think are light foods that you can make and I bet there is more on that list than just egg or honey toast. You just need to make a list of what you will eat first then work off that if you can. Don’t make that list in the morning when you are stressing, make it some time when you are full and have time to think. Also a peanut is a legume, peanut butter is a base for whatever stuff you want to have. These might not work but it is a place to start. I’ve had a mouthful of mixed nuts and a few cubes of cheese to just restart my appetite and have something in my stomach so I can then start really making a meal. Peanut butter on apple slices to just have something then you can work on something bigger. The goal is something is better than nothing.

Whole grain toast with peanut butter is amazing, especially with banana slices. I eat cinnamon sugar toast and have fruit an hour later so my stomach isn’t empty with my meds. A hard boiled egg is good too!

Hi, it's not normal to have stomach pain every morning on waking. Have you seen a Dr about this? Another approach to test is perhaps some foods are the problem & you have food intolerances. A strict elimination diet that reintroduces foods back in slowly helps you identify the trigger. What if you are gluten intolerant for eg? Or dairy is the problem?Strong coffee on an empty stomach can also affect sensitive stomachs.

As far as breakfasts go - protein is better over straight carbs. I encourage you to sort out the stomach pain - the need for endless breakfast choices could be trying to mask the discomfort.

I was just asking about breakfasts ideas 1. easy on stomach 2. not liquid 3. and light. I don't have time to explain i have like trillions things to do

Fair enough. But I do hope youncan get to the bottom of the stomach ache. Please keep in mind you don't have to respond to every suggestion. I don't expect it.

Any meal can be breakfast. Leftovers from last night's dinner can be breakfast. As for a soothing food, rice congee is an asian soupy porridge made from over cooked white rice, broth & finely chopped chicken (or other meats). The seasonings usually include finely chopped fresh ginger, garlic, green onion, cilantro (coriander leaves), salt, pepper, chilli pepper, soy sauce. Ginger aids digestion btw. You make it as bland or spicey as you like it.

Ginger tea & peppermint tea are helpful for digestion also. The teabags are found in most grocery stores

For sensitive stomachs I hear the brat diet works well (banana, rice, applesauce, toast)

you can microwave eggs (after taking them out of shells), and there are cup kits that have meats and vegetables that you can put an egg in. You can also cut up and prepare your own meats and veggies for the next day.

Another idea is overnight oats. You can eat it cold or microwave as well. If you didn’t like liquids, protein smoothies would be a thing. This works well for me because it is sweet and you can add protein powder. You can also make protein balls and eat them days later. We had one that tasted chocolatey, and another that was like cookie dough.

You can also make breakfast cookies. Eat these or the protein balls with cut up fruit from the day before and you have a balanced meal.

scramble eggs and pour it into a muffin tin and then freeze them so they last. I can’t tell if you’re sick of eggs though. Rice is also a good option that you can add whatever you have in the kitchen.
