discord group?

Well, I found a Reddit channel named "adhdwomen", and a listing for a Discord server for ADHD there. I think the Discord server might be a general ADHD group, not specifically for women (but I haven't checked it out).

I'm part of 3 Discord servers for ADHD. One is for the ADHD Men's Support Group. (There may be a women-only ADHD group, but probably not connected to that one.)

The other two are general, and include people who are male, female, and nonbinary.

The website Disboard.org enables searching for Discord servers. But I think it doesn't list servers which are hidden intentionally

There are 204 listed with the tag "ADHD".

There are 290 listed with the tag "women", most are intended for women in connection to some lifestyle or another (e.g. religion, gaming, etc.).

[Sadly and quite obviously, some of those are being used to objectify women... which makes me totally disgusted with some people of my gender.]

I would suggest searching based on an ADHD, neurodivergent or neurodivergence tag, then look for a server that might appeal to you.

If anonymity isn't a requirement, then you could start up a private Facebook group.
