Fed up

So fed up of people judging me. I know I should not care about what others think, but what to do my brain works that way. Always surrounding conscious overthinking, noting all micro facial expressions of others. Already my focus level is poor these waste trash thought are consuming all my focus and motivations. Now end up in a lower self confidence. Tried many things but nothing helped me to improve my self confidence. Feel like a failure trapped in adhd cycle. It's keep on repeating but no improvement always end up being fed up.

Seeing a psychologist can be helpful

Feeling like a failure is classic adhd. If we produced enough dopamine then we wouldn’t feel this way. I gave an app on my phone that plays different frequencies and those frequencies affect various chemicals in the brain. One of the frequencies is to increase dopamine . After listening to it for an hour or so I feel so much better. The app is called Brainwaves for iPhone

I say work on changing your mindset. When you feel judged, get pissed off at that person for judging you. We are all individuals and if they need to judge, thats on them. It's a miserable life, and you have no control over it. You can only do your best to change your own mindset. Pat yourself on the back for not caving to a society designed for the average. It's not easy, but it gets easier!!

WE ARE NOT AVERAGE!!! OWN IT!! ADHD has benefits a NT will never be able to achieve. Recognize your superpowers and brag on that!!

Everyone has kryptonite... no one judged Superman for his. Get mad at the a**holes who judge you!!

Thankyou so much it really means a lot

Hate to get all clinical on you, but some of those symptoms and behaviors you report can be reduced by medications and by therapy, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Actually just a really good therapist using a range of techniques.

So I wouldn't give up hope. Lots of people obsess about others and how we are greeted and how people react to us. Have you been diagnosed at all for possible anxiety? And social anxiety? Depression can get our brains out of whack and ADHD as well.

Are you getting any treatment right now? What do your providers say? These don't have to be permanent things, the behaviors you report.
