Hi Bobby1985~
Thanks for writing the group.
An ADHD coach could really help you pursue your dream job. Check out that section at the Additude Magazine.
Http://additudemag.com and then go to the search box at upper right and type in ADHD coaches. There is a listing and it will show credentials, experience, etc
Hope this helps.
Best regards~

I used to run a small club and dj when younger . Now I’m 48, out of work , lost , and just want a coach to help me get my shit together . I’ve become so negative and doubtful about life . Can adhd cause this ?? I’m un medicated ( tried stimulants that just made me super anxious ) and soon to try bupropion
yes I would recommend reading couple of books on ADHD. Stimulant medication works for me so far however right dosage is the key. Depression is a part of ADHD journey as I'm aware so hopefully you can menage getting better. Wish you can find a good balance soon! Take care!
Hey Bobby, it’s Bobbie Laine (Lainey), diagnosed on my 48th birthday. 🤷♀️ Since then I have made leaps and bounds in my new un standing in all my “why’s “. You totally can do anything you want to accomplish and a DJ is a awesome area to get into! I, like other ADHD coaches can definitely help you achieve your goals! 🙌🏼
Check out the podcast "I Have ADHD with Kristin Carder" She has a podcast with Ned Hallowell as a guest where he (who invented ADHD coaching) tells her that he thinks group coaching is better than 1-on-1 coaching (and not just cuz it's cheaper). Kristin Carder has a program called "Focused" which I'm considering, but I have not started. She just did a whole series of podcasts for entrepreneurs.
Besides group coaching, I also recommend some Group Therapy (Are you an Anjuna family fan?)
thank you so much, this is so helpful. Life changing info. So many incredible facts. Thank you so much!
Hi Bobby1985! ADHD coaches can have outstanding results. I am friends with and highly recommend Max Lawrence. He's an ADHD business coach (whereas you'll find ADHD life coaches, etc.) so it's right up your alley. He's great at helping you thrive with your ADHD. You can check him out at: maxlawrence.co/
I'm wishing you all the best!!!
Hi. An adhd coach with training/experience in career coaching could be helpful. check out adhdcoaches.org for a listing of professional adhd coaches. Best!
IHaveADHDLLC.ontralink.com/... I don't know if this is ok here but this is a referral link that gets you (and I) a $50 discount for the first month of the $199/mo.
